Synthetic Data Generation: We can run thousands of variations of a task in the virtual world (e.g., picking up parts in different orientations) to "train" the robot’s AI.

Real-Time Data Overlay: We layer real-time IoT sensor data onto the 3D model. If a robotic arm begins to vibrate outside of normal parameters, the system alerts the maintenance team, highlighting the specific joint on the digital twin that needs inspection.
Collision Prediction: As your facility changes (e.g., moving storage racks or adding new equipment), the digital twin automatically updates to ensure that existing robotic paths remain safe and unobstructed.
